At Mian Mobile Zone, we value customer satisfaction. Our policy for returns and exchanges on mobile devices and accessories is as follows:

Checking Warranty
Most mobile accessories (chargers, earphones, power banks) come with a 3-day checking warranty from the date of purchase.

Unused Condition
For an exchange, items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Items showing signs of wear or physical damage are not eligible.

Screen Protectors/Glass
Once a screen protector or tempered glass adhesive has been removed or applied to a phone, it is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Brand New Handsets
Brand new (PTA Approved) phones are subject to the manufacturer’s official warranty policy. Any hardware faults after activation must be handled by the respective official service center.

Used Handsets
High-quality used handsets have a 24-hour hardware checking warranty. Issues reported after this 24-hour period will not be eligible for exchange.

Faulty Item Replacement
If an accessory is found to be defective within the 3-day window, we will replace it with a new unit of the same model.

Repair Services
Labor charges for mobile repairs are non-refundable once the service is completed and the device has been collected by the customer.

Cash Refunds
We primarily offer exchanges or store credit. Cash refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective item is not available in our current stock.

Proof of Purchase
A valid physical receipt or digital order confirmation from Mian Mobile Zone is mandatory for all claims.

Sale/Clearance Items
Products purchased during «Clearance Sales» or as «Open Box» items are final sales and not eligible for exchange unless specifically mentioned.

Return Shipping
For deliveries outside the Basirpur vicinity, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item to our shop for inspection.

Restocking Fee
Returns for «change of mind» on high-value mobile handsets may be subject to a 10% restocking fee due to the immediate loss in resale value.
